Job Summary:
Do you enjoy golf and want to work outside in a beautiful setting? Now is your chance to start a career in golf course maintenance! The Golf Course Maintenance position reports to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent and helps to provide the best possible golf experience with our season pass holders and destination guests. The Northstar California Golf Course offers a fast-paced, safe, fun, and exciting work environment. We are willing to train individuals with no prior golf maintenance experience for this position.
This is a seasonal position available from April through November, weather and conditions depending. Full and Part-Time positions are available.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains 18 holes of golf course; mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas, clubhouse lawns, landscape beds, sand bunkers and waterways while using a variety of equipment. Specialized mowing on all areas of the golf course.
- Hand watering, irrigation repair, and troubleshooting.
- Bunker raking, and bunker maintenance.
- Assist with project work.
- Use of company vehicles including but not limited to; lawn mowers, golf carts, utility carts w/trailers, tractors, loaders, mini excavator, skid steer.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Perform physical labor in adverse weather conditions such as rain, and cold temperatures.
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and written effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt with change and through Supervisor support.
- Flexibility with working weekends and holidays.

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $24.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
