The Rental Delivery Specialist is a critical part of Vail’s Retail and Rental team, delivering a world-class snow sports rental experience to guests in an innovative, safe way!



  • Work autonomously, coordinating and delivering rental gear to guests in local hotels
  • Coach guests on how to use their new-to-them gear to have the best experience on the Mountain
  • Act as a high-profile ambassador of Vail Resorts providing friendly support and insightful advice to guests from across the country and around the world
  • Think on your feet to help problem solve on-the-spot challenges to deliver superior solutions to guests
  • Handle, accurate daily cash-outs
  • Keep the workspace spotless, clean and efficient so you can do what you do best - deliver world class customer service to guests
  • Help out your team and other departments when needed!


No two days will be the same as you give friendly support and insightful advice to guests from across the country and around the world. You will gain valuable skills by supporting multiple departments and grow as a leader within our development-focused culture.   • Must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory motor vehicle record; able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Excellent customer service, organization, ability to learn new skills on the job
  • Proficient in MS Office Products; Excel & Word
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays - shifts available!
  • Previous sales or guest service-related experience- highly preferred


Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check.  



  • All employees will begin their work experience by participating in comprehensive safety training.
  • Face coverings, physical distancing, daily health screenings and temperature checks will be mandatory.
