Assisting guests and employees at the Northstar Golf Course with exceptional guest and employee service. Successful candidate will have or ability to learn golf knowledge, excellent customer service skills, outgoing personality, engaging work demeanor, and ability to multi-task and problem solve on the fly. This position is a great opportunity for someone passionate about golf and wanting a career in the golf industry.
Job Specifications:
- Outlet: Outside Service Attendant at Golf Course Pro Shop
- Expected Pay Range: $20 - $22
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining cleanliness & routine maintenance of golf carts, work areas, storage areas, etc.
- Flexibility with opening, mid, & closing shifts.
- Greeting guests at bag drop upon arrival and after golf round.
- Helping guests upon arrival with loading bags, directions, and other general information.
- Helping guests after golf round with cleaning clubs, loading bags in cars, and cleaning golf carts after use.
- Maintaining driving range daily operations including range picks, range ball machine routine checks, range cart maintenance, and cleanliness of range.
- Assisting Pro Shop and Marshal/Starters when needed.
- Operating Golf Carts, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Accomplishing daily SOP’s for golf operations.
- Ability to work outdoors, lift 25-50lbs when needed, and effectively be trained to operate a variety of equipment safely.
Qualifications:
- Golf experience beneficial to accomplishing daily goals, **not required although ability to learn is.””
- Having knowledge of basic golf rules and etiquette, or ability to learn through peers and guests.
- Exceptional guest service.
- Diplomatic in all guest relations, ability to solve guest issues and/or direct to Management when needed
- Must be a dependable, timely, and flexible worker.

The expected pay range is $20 - $22. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
