Job Summary:

You will report to a Resort Sponsor member and dotted-line report to the Work Force management team. You will leverage your analytical mindset and resort operations experience to create actionable data driven insights regarding employee-related scheduling and time & attendance data to optimize labor margins and the employee value proposition.  You will be expected to identify, investigate, communicate findings and propose effective solutions, and drive implementation of changes with a variety of operational leaders providing the right balance between structure/consistency and autonomy/flexibility.  This is a highly collaborative, influential and creative role that will have a direct impact on our business and its ability to drive an experience of a lifetime for our employees and our guests.

  • The budgeted range starts at $48,842 - $70,697. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
  • Other Specifics: Hybrid

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operations data to identify opportunities, wins, are more accurate forecast and potential risk
  • Deliver resort specific communications to drive the right goal at the time and keeping the business out front by anticipating and preparing leaders for the next event (weather, staffing events etc)
  • Create presentations to share insights and actionable recommendations in a concise manner with key stakeholders.
  • Understand all process requirements and ensure the labor scheduling application is configured to meet the resort and enterprise needs.
  • Be a point of contact to provide analytics for key questions that arise from Resort Operations and/or WFM program team
  • Provide Tier 3 support for the technology and best practice support
  • Provide in person on site support for your resort(s)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Lives locally to the resort
  • Ski Resort Operations experience
  • Experience in change management, initiative roll outs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly proficient/advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); inclusive of pivot tables, charts/graphs for reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and interpret data and identify patterns in processes or data.
  • Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication, adjusting message to audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Discern when it’s appropriate to take independent action, consult with leadership, and/or behave as a supportive team player.

 

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $48,842 - $70,697. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
