Job Summary: 

The Grounds Custodial Maintenance Crew is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and appearance of company facilities, grounds, and guest areas. This position supports daily operations by performing custodial services, basic maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, snow and ice removal, and facility inspections. Team members ensure that buildings, walkways, restrooms, and common areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and employees while responding promptly and professionally to maintenance and service requests. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.

Job Specifications: 

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $25.20/hr   
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027   
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available  
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age   
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure company assets, facilities, and equipment are properly maintained, repaired, and operating safely.
• Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Prioritize work assignments based on the needs of the team, guests, and business operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and make recommendations for facility improvements.
• Maintain building entrances, walkways, and common areas to ensure they are safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
• Ensure public and employee restrooms are clean, sanitary, fully stocked, and maintained to company standards.
• Perform janitorial duties including cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and facility inspections as needed.
• Maintain safe and welcoming entrances through snow removal, shoveling, salting, and de-icing efforts, ensuring all guest access areas are clean and ready for use.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to improve facility conditions, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Support seasonal operations and assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions while performing a variety of tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills are preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself, coworkers, and guests.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities.
• Enjoys hands-on work and takes satisfaction in completing tasks and seeing results.

The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
