Job Summary:

The role the Multi-Unit Store Manager is to oversee operations for two rental locations at Kirkwood (Village Rentals & Timber Creek Rentals).  The store manager is responsible for staffing, scheduling & performance management of the team, employee experience, achieving success with revenue targets and financial budgets.  The role of the store manager is to achieve maximum profitability, productivity, and world class guest experience.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $68,640 - $73,000
  • Employment Type: Year Round (10-month)  
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  
  • Housing Availability: Yes

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store operations for two rental locations at Kirkwood (Village Rentals & Timber Creek Rentals)
  • Review and document employee performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition or correction action if necessary 
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop and maintain a high performing team
  • Provide training resources in POS, product knowledge, guest service, resort information, and sales
  • Generate sales, and manage operational budgets by balancing labor margins with store revenue
  • Demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
  • Manage inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
  • Role model and administer company values, policies & procedures, and loss prevention techniques
  • Partner with leadership to gather feedback and input on store performance and continuous improvement opportunities.  
  • Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products
  • Maintain retail merchandising standards
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 3+ years of rental/retail supervisor and/or hospitality experience  
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends 
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English 

 

The expected pay range is $68,640 - $73,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
