Seasonal Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Specifications: 

  • Outlet: The Summit
  • Starting Wage: $17 per hour
  • Effective October 2022 minimum wage will be increased to $20 per hour 
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

This reservations agent will provide support to the Wholesale and Groups call center team by completing daily reports relating to the quality control of new and existing lodging reservations as well as assisting with booking, obtaining payments and completion of various wholesale and group reservations. These agents will track and provide feedback to team members and management on quality related issues. This is a great position for someone interested in beginning their career with Vail Resorts and growing with our company.  This position is located in Keystone, or remote if remote qualifications are met.



  • Review and process daily reports, including: Deposit Variance, Credit Card Decline and all other reports as assigned, working as a team to complete daily tasks. (Do Right)
  • Act as quality control liaison to Reservations Leads and management team, helping to identify areas for agent improvement and additional training needed based on errors found during report review and processing. Also, working to identify possible areas for increased efficiency and opportunities to improve the guest and agent experience.  (Drive Value)
  • Answering phones in a call center environment while enter data in computer system based on customer needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate information on all aspects of properties, activities, amenities and policies to Wholesale partners and group guests.  Provide Professional phone and email communication with guests, Wholesale partners, team and other departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High School diploma or equivalent- preferred
  • Previous hospitality experience- preferred
  • Guest Service experience - preferred
  • Microsoft Office (required)
  • English – required, Spanish written and verbal preferred, not required.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a high level of Accuracy – Required.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed – Required.
  • Must be Customer Focused with excellent verbal and written communications skills – Required.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate follow up on outstanding issues – Required
  • Able to work on a computer and phones performing repetitive tasks for long periods of time throughout the day – Required.
  • Familiarity with any or all of Vail Resorts Mountains – preferred
  • A positive and professional attitude is essential to this position.
  • Enthusiastic attitude of the travel industry is a plus.
  • Spanish language speaking and written preferred but not requited.
  • Inntopa (preferred), IQWare (preferred), Extranet (preferred).

The budgeted range starts at $17 - $20.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
