The Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Managers & GM in all operational duties.


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Must be open to the one team work ethic. You may not assume you will always work at the bar/restaurant that you are coded to. Being flexible to go where help is needed, is a must.
•    Delivering exceptional service to our guests from the beginning of the service day until the end.
•    Must be able to assist all guests in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of energy, guest traffic throughout the building.
•    Directly responsible for the team’s accountability for the stocking, organization and cleanliness of the building.
•    Responsible for the checking out workers in the building at each shift change, closing paper work and checking in with all team members.
•    Responsible for completing closing paperwork and audit information in the computer.
•    Responsible for set-up, operation and tear-down of outdoor concession stand and other mobile food operations.
•    Must be a team player and have an eye for details.
•    Oversee the different line level positions.
Job Requirements:
•    High School Diploma or equivalent
•    Able to communicate English
•    Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred
•    Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
•    Able to stand for long periods of time
•    Previous restaurant or customer service experience - Preferred
•    Must be able to count U.S. currency
Position Justification: Required for operations


The budgeted range starts at 18.25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
