Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of staff as well as evaluating employee performance
  • Park cars and maintain lots and signage
  • Organize parking pass and parking sales procedures
  • Communicate productively with resort, county, and community personnel
  • Monitoring of department budget
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
  • Monitors equipment, supplies, and parts inventories needed to support field activity. Identifies problems and recommends corrective action and changes as needed.
  • Conduct daily organizational meetings to discuss service issues, service scores, event requests, and special group requests.
  • Lead weekly safety meetings and perform monthly facility inspections.
  • Demonstrate extraordinary guest service skills and motivate staff to deliver the same during every guest interaction.
  • Maintain the Mountain Base Area through hand shoveling, ice chipping, light maintenance, etc.
  • Address guest complaints and issues.
  • Prepare employee performance appraisals and conduct exit interviews with staff.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • 2+ years of parking experience - strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience - required
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record - required
  • MS Office proficiency – required
  • Mechanical skills and the ability to use hand tools

 

The expected pay range is $25 - $27. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
