Job Functions:

  • Adheres to the Spa operational budget
  • Establishes and enforces internal costs and labor controls
  • Ensures spa payroll is completed accurately and on a weekly basis
  • Assists Director to develop revenue enhancement programs
  • Assists with all matters financial at spa including budgeting and forecasting
  • Oversees the compliance of state laws regarding spa health standards, insurance requirements and therapist certifications and renewal
  • Able to work front desk which includes answering phones, booking appointments, interfacing with guests
  • Responsible for attending and holding numerous, resort wide meetings and communicating all relevant information to spa team
  • Take full ownership of retail and professional inventory
  • Handle all the billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services and retail sales
  • Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest
  • Take full ownership of all new hire training for front desk concierges and therapists including supervisor roles
  • Assists with special projects/events as requested
  • Must be able to work as a team with both front desk concierges and back of spa therapists
  • Assist with managing our sister spa in Breckenridge- The Rejuvenation Spa
  • Oversight of all fitness programming at Studio K
  • Be upbeat and have fun!


  • College degree within the hospitality industry
  • 3 year minimum experience in hospitality industry
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • 6 months experience using SpaSoft spa technology
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Must attend product knowledge training
  • Must be proficient in sales and guest service
  • Must possess good organizational skills
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment
  • “Can-Do” attitude a must

The budgeted range starts at $45,000 -$52,000.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
