Job Summary:

The Private Lesson Product Manager is responsible for driving the private lesson business for the Ski & Ride School by collaborating & liaising with the Ski & Ride School Operations Team, Product Sales & Services and Call Center team. This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the school’s private lesson business across two base locations. This position will work with the General Managers, Location Managers, Supervisors and other resort departments to ensure a high quality experience for our guests and employees. 

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: Starting at $60,000 annually

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize available resources to monitor and maintain appropriate staffing for Private Lessons across all Ski School Locations
  • Collaborate with Product Sales & Services to manage and book all requests for private lessons in a timely manner, focusing on “right pro for the right product”.
  • Understand, lead and model safety standards within the department and for the resort.
  • Collaborate and Communicate with Ski & Ride School instructor staff to assist in managing private lesson business.
  • Resolve guest complaints by utilizing guest service guidelines and accommodate special requests when necessary.
  • Ensure accuracy in Private lesson assignments and instructor pay.
  • Support the Ski & Ride School in daily operations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent-required
  • Minimum of 2 years working of Ski/Ride school or Product sales and services experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year working in Ski & Ride School or Product Sales & Services Mgmt. - Required*
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) required. 
  • Fluent in all aspects of the English language
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends and in a high alpine environment
  • PSIA/AASI Level 2 or 3 certification – preferred 
  • RPOS, Guest Connect Experience - Preferred
  • College degree/ experience in a relevant field-preferred

 

The expected pay range is Starting at $60,000 annually. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
