This position is great fit for a values-based individuals passionate about professional service delivery in a resort destination community. We are searching for an energetic individual that strives for excellence in all that they do! This year-round role coordinates the delivery of professional and compassionate guest service involving the protection and safety of the general public and resort assets. Applicants should be friendly, outgoing and service orientated individuals.  

Job Specifications:

• Housing: May Be Available
• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.76 / hour
• Shift Availability: Full time
  • ​​​​​​​04 day / 10 hour work week
• Skill Level: Intermediate 

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and concisely, consistent positive attitude while dealing with the public, stakeholders and employees, verbally de-escalate tense situations involving guests, strong writing skills, the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
• Calm, clear and independent decision making is essential, coupled with a professional demeanor and strong compassionate background.
• Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions. Potential to work in hazardous surroundings exists at all times including exposure to vehicle traffic, vicious animals, stressful and emergency situations.
• Directs traffic when needed.
• Must be capable of sitting in a vehicle and/or working on foot for extended periods.
• The ability to patrol and respond on bicycle, including e-bicycle, is desired.
• Successful applicants have the opportunity to apply for Keystone Employee housing.
• Willingness to work shifts necessary for Resort/Department requirements. 
• General resort safety and security.
• Enacting general emergency procedures.
• Writing and filing reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent - required
• Valid Driver’s License – required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. – required
• Ability to pass a background check and a Motor Vehicle Check.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest service, Security or Emergency Services related experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
