Job Summary:  

Come join the resort Transportation Team and work as a Bus Operations Lead! If you make safety a top priority, have a passion for driving and enjoy providing exceptional guest service then this is the job for you. No previous commercial driving experience is required, paid CDL training and testing is provided. 

 

Job Specifications:  

  • Expected Pay Range:  $22.00 - $27.44 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time

  • Skill Level:  Advanced

 

Job Responsibilities –  

  • Assist the Operations Management team in creating and leading the achievement of the operational goals for the department 

  • Provide feedback to the Operations Management team to assist with the performance management of the driver group 

  • Involvement in employee coaching/progressive discipline process 

  • Maintain a high level of appreciation for guest satisfaction and assist in the day-to-day management of service recovery processes.  

  • Observe and adhere to all USDOT and PUC regulations as they pertain to the operation of Commercial Motor Vehicles. 

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements –   

  • High school diploma 

  • Strong background in logistics; maintaining inventory control while creating opportunities to accommodate new business 

  • Supervisory experience preferred 

  • CDL class B with passenger endorsement required 

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $27.44. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
