Job Summary:

The My Epic Gear Concierge is a new and exciting, instrumental position within the rental delivery team. You will be responsible for total guest satisfaction including guest recovery, from pre-arrival contact, gear logistics, delivery logistics, gear recommendations, to reconfirmation of guests' reservations. We are looking for strong communicators with great organizational skills. Someone who enjoys planning and logistics. You will have to be able to use just-in-time information, glean details from spreadsheet information and draw some conclusions about gear availability. While you will hopefully support all guests through positive interactions, we are looking for someone with strong negotiation, deescalating, and conflict resolution skills. Gear Concierges will work closely with their manager, assistant managers, and delivery specialists.

Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.49/ hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time and Part Time
• Skill Level: Advanced

Job Responsibilities:  

• Review and manage incoming reservations
• Assist in gear inventory management and selection
• Complete notes in the reservation and delivery scheduling system in a timely and complete manner 
• Contact guests and confirm time, date, place and gear
• Build delivery schedules based on the reservations and available staff
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and knowledgeably to all guests
• Communicate guest requests with other departments as needed 
• Answer or return all phone calls, text messages and emails while at the desk
• Maintain a high level of professionalism 
• Have fun even in stressful times
• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Gear Concierges must have a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Have a passion for Skiing/Snowboarding
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations 
• Must be able to work as part of a team or alone
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have excellent oral and written communication, organization skills, and administration abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Can spend long hours on the computer and phone
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $25.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
