As of Nov. 15, 2021, Vail Resorts will be requiring all employees across North America to be vaccinated for COVID-19.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Gather items and food from Stables and Conference center kitchen needed for evening's dinner rides.
•Prepare food for dinner sleigh rides
•Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities managed by stables crew.
•Drive a pickup with cargo box during the day and evening.
•Taking food orders and speaking in front of cabin of guests.
•Assist with all stables operations as requested by operations supervisor, lead wrangler or stables manager as scheduling requires during normal operations. Duties will include helping with daily care and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
•Business volumes require a flexible schedule, must be able to work nights,  holidays and weekends.
•Will need to learn to order food supplies, beer and wine for operation.
•Will have to shovel off entrances to cabin and outhouses as snow dictates
•Will have to clean outhouses before and between dinner rides
•Able to comply with Vail Resorts COVID-19 safety and distancing protocols.


•Experience in a high volume kitchen, grilling experience -preferred
•ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification within first 30 days of employment -required
•Valid drivers license - required
•Must meet Keystone Hospitality Grooming standards at all times
•Able to lift 50lbs
•Experience working with little or no supervision
•Ability to work in a nontraditional kitchen atmosphere
•Previous guest service experience
•Ability to work and interact with employees from other departments



The budgeted range starts at 18.25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
