Job Summary:

We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.48/hr
• Employment Type: Year Round
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other shared spaces to Kindred’s luxury standards
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and ensure spaces are guest-ready at all times
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or questions
• Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning tasks as needed
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to leadership promptly
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Contribute to sustainability practices including recycling and responsible chemical usage
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills a plus
• Strong communication and guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and successful completion of MVR required
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.48/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
