Job Summary
To function within the Keystone Valley Maintenance Department. Ability to make competent decisions while thinking of the customers and resorts interest at all times. Using skill-based knowledge to perform assigned tasks in a professional manner at all times with a constant focus on efficiency, productivity and quality of work. This position deals with many different departments and areas of the resort, therefore people skills are essential and communication is needed assets. The ability to plan ahead for task, good administration skills, and completing all tasks on time is required.

Job Responsibilities
- Assure that the integrity of the resort assets is maintained.
- Implement and supervise preventative maintenance programs through the automated system.
- Provide training as necessary to maintenance staff when required in job specific tasks.
- Coordinate projects with sub-contractors when required.
- Order and maintain required parts for stock for critical equipment for assigned areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and alert supervisor to any unsafe conditions that may exist.
- Work with other departments and area managers as required pertaining to asset upkeep.
- Require your own hand tools and keeps them in a safe functional manner at all times.
- Maintain job logs updated daily.
- Maintain a valid Colorado Driver License.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial HVAC appliance, installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance including coolers/freezers, boilers and boiler systems.
- Knowledgeable with HVAC, plumbing, hot water systems, pneumatics controls and systems, electrical and automated building systems controls.
- Diagnoses and repair problems/issues/malfunctions, and installs and replace components as necessary to the system/s.
- Refrigerant recovery policies and procedures per EPA.
- Planning, organizing and controlling are key attributes to maintaining equipment at optimum operating condition.
- Abide by all safety rules and regulations from corporate, State and Federal.
- Hold self-accountable for the company core values.
Job Requirements
- 4 years trade school, EPA and certified.
- Min 5 years with commercial HVAC and systems including kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers/freezers, chillers, AHU, boilers and other HVAC equipment.
- Clean driving license, must have: HVAC Universal EPA Certification.
- Public relations Skills, Good administrative and computer skills.
- Ability to get things done, understand and read blue prints.
The expected pay range is $21.63-$32.93. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
