Job Summary:
The Wellness Supervisor (WS) is a member of the Vail Resorts Employee Housing team focused on execution of the Vail Resorts Wellness Strategy in Employee Housing to meet current and future needs. This person will help guide Employee Housing staff and residents to provide an Experience of a Lifetime, which includes crafting a safe, inclusive and vibrant housing environment. Build an encouraging environment to help guide through challenges and transitions. This individual will help partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, employees, and community resources.

2+ years supervisory experience
Valid Driver's license
Proficient computer skills, especially Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
English strong written and verbal mandatory
Spanish preferable (US)
Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings depending on residents needs and high-volume times
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $25.00-$27.00. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
