Job Summary:
The Experienced Bike Mechanic is responsible for assembling bikes, completing repair diagnosis and performing downhill bike repairs as needed. Provide customers with the highest level of service and recommend products to enhance the customer’s cycling experience. Join us in providing our guests an Experience of a Lifetime!

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full and Part Time
Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing quality repairs on customer’s bikes, including walk-in repairs and overhauls.
Completes diagnosis of customer’s equipment and provides repair estimates.
Schedules customer appointments and communicates clear and realistic expectations.
Recommends products to enhance the customer’s cycling experience.
Possesses advanced knowledge of bike repair practices and procedures.
Ensure service paperwork is completed legibly, accurately, and filed accordingly
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
2-3 years bike mechanic experience
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, operate hand and power tools, lift and carry bikes and parts, and other equipment
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
High School diploma or GED Equivalent
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $30.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
