Job Summary: 

Heavenly Lodging is the premier property management company in South Lake Tahoe, providing comprehensive management services to homeowner associations as well as individual homeowners renting their units on a short term basis. The Assistant Property Manager at the Zalanta Resort at the Village role will work throughout all aspects of our business, supporting wherever needed.

  

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $29.55/hr
  • Employment Type: Year Round
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist GM with recruiting, onboarding & training of employees as needed.
  • Perform annual property ratings and communicate recommendations to homeowners effectively.
  • Encourage and assist homeowners with condo upgrades.
  • Organize, implement and track annual property management projects, such as Kitchen Inventory, Bedding Inventory & Condo Inventory.
  • Maintain replacement inventory: source new products as needed and ensure sufficient inventory is on hand.
  • Work closely with Lead Maintenance Tech to ensure safety compliance throughout rental properties.
  • Respond to work orders assigned in IQTrac.
  • Ensure owner maintenance/replacement inquiries are completed and tracked through IQTrac.
  • Monitor GX/Medallia guest and owner feedback; communicate to team members accordingly.
  • Organize and direct staff on special projects as assigned by GM.  
  • Assist GM and Owner Relations Manager with the retention and recruitment of homeowner partnerships.
  • Walk properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are being met.
  • Create and implement processes & projects that will drive customer satisfaction and NPS.
  • Support housekeeping operations as needed.
  • Support front desk operations as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous management experience, preferably in Property Management 
  • Understanding of daily lodging operations including scheduling, payroll, and project management 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • MS Office proficient 
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills 
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays 
  • Customer service experience

 

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $29.55/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
