While this is a remote role, flexibility and willingness to go into the Broomfield, CO office once a week is required.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for understanding payroll processing requirements for and support of all mountain resorts
  • Bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Process voids & reissues
  • Process off-cycle checks
  • Process seasonal PTO, severance and relocation as assigned
  • Coordinate payroll audits/reviews to ensure accuracy of pay and identify potential errors
  • Provide Time & Labor support to HR Ops, Managers, Supervisors and T&L Users
  • Research and resolve payroll issues
  • Coordinate printing, packaging and distribution of checks/advices as asssigned
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience -required
  • At least two years of high volume payroll experience -required
  • FPC, CPP or willingness to complete coursework and sit for an exam as part of a personal development -required
  • Excellent customer service skills -required
  • Strong attention to detail -required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees -required
  • Strong analytical ability -required
  • PeopleSoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook -required
  • Powerpoint and One Note -preferred


The budgeted range starts at 18.00 - 20.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
