Job Summary:
The Vice President of Digital Experience is responsible for driving Vail Resorts’ Digital Experience vision through their ownership of the E-Commerce platform performance, unlocking innovative Digital Experiences through the My Epic App, and leveraging personalization to deliver a guest-centric digital experience. This role has responsibility for a portfolio of websites that drive over $1B in revenue across Pass Products, Lift Tickets, Ski & Ride School, Gear Rental, and Lodging, as well as ownership of the innovative My Epic App. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience and proven track record in driving impactful Digital Experience strategies leveraging their drive, ambition, business acumen, and emotional intelligence.
This role will be instrumental in creating a digital ecosystem that delivers the Vail Resorts brand experiences, drives guest engagement, and delivers the eCommerce financial targets. This leader should have the ability to set a vision, identify supporting strategies, and then mobilize the organization to achieve that vision.
The Vice President of Digital Experience should have proven expertise in collaborating with business functions, Marketing Technology partners, Analytics teams, content teams, and 3rd party agencies to deliver best-in-class digital innovation that elevates the guest experience and delivers on the company’s revenue goals & growth plans. This role will lead a diverse team of eCommerce professionals to ensure that the Digital experience is consistent and compelling across all guest touchpoints.

The expected range is $181,000 - $230,350 + annual bonus + equity. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
