Job Summary:
We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Resort Application Development Team. The scope of this role includes leading cross-functional teams to develop and operationalize software solutions across lines of business, managing technology portfolio demand, and supporting discovery of new strategic initiatives. Working independently and leading through influence, this individual will combine their business acumen and agile knowledge to execute enterprise-wide programs.
Success in this role is dependent on building collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders to drive outcomes and actionable recommendations. Overseeing programs of varying complexity, this role will ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget using an agile framework with multi-disciplinary teams.
Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the ideal candidate will have excellent written and communication skills, establishing themselves as a trusted partner with senior leadership. Through critical thinking, purpose-focused leadership, and detailed execution, this individual will contribute to a culture of program delivery excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive: Achieve delivery excellence through efficient and effective program and project management practices
- Analyze and understand business strategy and high priority goals.
- Direct large-scale, complex programs with multiple internal and external constituents.
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Proposes recommendations and adjustments to plans as required.
- Engage with appropriate stakeholders to facilitate agreement on objectives and success measures, manage issue tracking and resolution, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Connect: Inspire trust and build productive relationships with key stakeholders and agile delivery teams.
- Engage broadly and deeply across the organization to quickly connect information and facilitate positive program outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders, steering committees, etc. on different aspects of assigned initiatives to facilitate decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and use that knowledge to drive effective prioritization and roadmaps for delivery.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology or related field. MBA or other advanced business learning or coursework preferred.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience including proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical, cross-functional projects and multi-faceted efforts.
- Demonstrates project/program management and analytical skills with the ability to identify and understand complex problems, make decisions, create plans and solutions, and take action.
- Experience with analyzing information and data to inform decision-making.
- Self-starter and self-motivated without the need for daily direction.
- Continuously adapts to changes and effectively navigates through ambiguity, decides and acts without having the picture totally defined, appropriately changes one’s strategy in response to new information.
- Demonstration of strong business and financial acumen.

- Manage enterprise-wide programs with complex financial models including internal and external stakeholders and complex contract negotiation as needed.
- Participate in the annual expense and capital budgeting processes & cycles.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, including RFQs, contract negotiations, invoice payment and tracking.
- Employee Management:
- Ability to oversee programs with a considerable number of internal and contract resources across multiple projects.
