Job Summary:
The Health & Safety Sr. Manager Hospitality and Vail Resorts Retail (VRR) will set the strategy, lead and manage all aspects of Health & Safety across Hospitality and VRR for the Rocky Mountain Region. This position will provide oversight and support to the Health & Safety/Security Manager at Grand Teton Lodge Company on all aspects of their Health & Safety Program for employees and guest risk management. This position will work closely with Health & Safety leadership, Resort Health & Safety, Corporate and Field Operations for Hospitality, Retail & Rental, Distribution Centers and corporate leadership to create, build, implement and sustain a Health & Safety culture that achieves world-class safety performance. This position will collaborate cross functionally to ensure safety programs are properly vetted, dynamic, on-schedule and within budget. This position supports compliance with federal, state and local safety and health regulations in all aspects of Hospitality and Retail/Rental operations. This position will work and collaborate with external partners in supporting our Company’s core value of Be Safe.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $74,100 - $96,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
