Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations Sr. Manager, Project Management is a project management (PM) leader across the Marketing organization. They will own Project Management tool and technology ownership, best practices, integrations, implementations and training. This role will be leading a Marketing organization-wide rollout and adoption of Jira.

 

The Sr. Manager will also support project management with the Omnichannel Marketing teams including Relationship Marketing, Paid Media, Audience Management, Omnichannel Operations, Marketing Technology, and others.

 

This role will lead in a highly visible, cross-functional way across the organization and drive change that has a direct impact to enterprise marketing performance and efficiency. The Sr. Manager, Project Management reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.

  • The budgeted range starts at $89,100 - $115,000 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Launch and implement Jira project management and support tools across the Marketing organization, in partnership with IT and Marketing Technology teams.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices including documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training.
  • Implement and unlock new project management capabilities for the marketing organization (e.g. capacity planning, automations, productivity metrics, etc.)
  • Lead and support project management tool integrations, as needed
  • Lead and support project management tool onboarding and training
  • Work with Omnichannel team and other Marketing stakeholders to scope, track, review, and deliver work, while managing projects statuses, escalating risks, and coordinating milestones, and leading ceremonies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between working teams and the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) program via partnership with the Sr. Manager, GTM.
  • Serves as the mentor and partner to other project and program management roles across the Marketing organization, setting best practices for managing projects and processes.
  • Consult and support Marketing stakeholders to streamline overall Marketing processes; responsible for driving cross-functional process and tooling solutions between teams
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Responsibilities:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, military service or commensurate experience preferred: marketing, business, project management, or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
  • Demonstrated success and experience implementing, managing, and integrating Project Management tools
  • Expertise and experience with Jira and/or Atlassian PM tools
  • Expertise with large scale change management and multi-level stakeholder management
  • Extensive experience managing cross-functional marketing-focused programs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, naturally curious, detail-oriented and diligent
  • Driven to achieve and to grow executional excellence across the organization

Preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Project management experience with a portfolio/network of brands
  • Demonstrated success with agile project management methodologies
  • B2C Marketing domain knowledge and expertise

 

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $89,100 - $115,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
