Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst for EAM Standards & Governance is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing enterprise maintenance standards across all resorts, with a focus on the MaintainX system. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through robust governance practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and Manage Enterprise Maintenance Standards Library
- Maintain the library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Preventive Maintenance (PMs), and Change Review Board (CRB) architecture.
- Ensure all documentation is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Control Versioning and Approval of Standards
- Oversee the versioning process for all maintenance standards.
- Facilitate the Change Review Board (CRB) for approval and updates to standards.
- Conduct Quarterly Compliance Audits
- Plan and execute quarterly audits at all resorts to assess adherence to established standards.
- Document findings and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Align Taxonomy and Nomenclature
- Standardize asset, part, and PM naming conventions across the enterprise.
- Ensure consistent taxonomy for data integrity and reporting.
- Monitor and Enforce Adherence to Technical Service Bulletins & Regulatory Protocols
- Track implementation of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce compliance and escalate issues as necessary.
- Partner with Directors to Update and Improve Standards
- Collaborate with resort Directors and other stakeholders to review, update, and enhance maintenance standards.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Maintain Audit Readiness Documentation
- Ensure all documentation required for audits is up-to-date and readily available.
- Support audit processes and respond to inquiries.
- Publish Governance Scorecards Quarterly
- Develop and distribute quarterly governance scorecards to track compliance, performance, and improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise asset management, maintenance operations, or standards/governance roles.
- Experience with EAM systems (MaintainX preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.
- Experience with compliance audits and documentation management.
- Advanced proficiency in data management and reporting.
- Project management or process improvement certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing and implementing standards, policies, or governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of asset management, maintenance operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations and training.
- Experience in highly regulated or complex operational environments.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $68,545.70 - $90,333.07 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
