Job Summary:
Marketing Experimentation team is focused on driving a culture of experimentation to increase revenue peformance, improve guest experience, and drive deeper understanding of incremental growth opportunities across the full customer journey. - This role will have a specific focus on experimentation across Omni-Channel Marketing — primarily email and paid media — and work cross-functionally to lead a robust test-and-learn roadmap that fuels innovation, optimizes performance, and advances enterprise learning.
- The ideal candidate will have channel-specific testing experience, a strategic mindset for experimentation, and strong stakeholder and project management skills to build cross-team alignment and drive execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Experimentation, this role will be a key player in shaping and scaling channel experimentation strategies, from ideation to implementation to insights. This person will play a critical role in operationalizing the Learning Agenda, managing channel-specific experimentation pipelines, and partnering closely with Analytics, Creative, Media, Lifecycle, and Business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Learning Agenda development by gathering strategic questions from stakeholders and surfacing hypotheses tied to channel and business objectives
- Facilitate experimentation ideation sessions (e.g., workshop series) to generate test ideas and align on testing priorities
- Design and present data driven stories to marketing leadership through detailed presentations.
- Develop and manage experimentation sequencing and roadmap across email and paid media channels, aligned to strategic goals and campaign timelines
- Act as a creative design consultant, partnering with Lifecycle and Creative teams to ensure creative concepts align with test designs and hypotheses
- Collaborate with Experimentation Analytics to validate test setups, determine success metrics, and surface insights that drive decision-making
- Serve as subject matter expert in the capabilities and limitations of email and paid media channels to shape test design – required to understand technical capabilities of the relevent Paid Media and Email Marketing platforms (Mailgun, Airship, Adobe Ad Cloud, TradeDesk, Mediaocean)
- Provide guidance for implementation and scaling of successful experiments across campaigns and business units
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Lines of Business to ensure tight alignment, shared learning, and a culture of experimentation
- Partner with IT or MarTech teams (as applicable) to ensure seamless tracking, data capture, and tool enablement

- A prioritized experimentation roadmap that aligns with business goals and balances innovation with impact
- Serve as Stakeholder accountability partner with oversight end-to-end of design, execution, and implementation
- Scalable test designs that drive measurable improvements in channel performance (open rates, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.)
- A clear learning loop in place — with insights from one test feeding into future ideation and broader strategic decisions
- Collaborative, informed partners across Marketing and Analytics who see experimentation as a shared value
- Increased maturity of experimentation practices within the email and paid media ecosystem, increasing volume of experimentation
Job Requirements:
- 3-6 years of digital/marketing/media analytics experience.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or strategic brand communication.
- At least 4 years experience in a marketing conversion role or digital marketing.
- Experience using conversion assistance tools, such as Adobe Analytics.
- Mailgun, Airship, Adobe Ad Cloud, , Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, JIRA, Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint, Mouseflow, Tableau, SQL, Sitecore, Statistical Analysis tools such as R Studio, Python, SPSS.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), Sitecore preferred.
- A customer-focused and goal-orientated mindset.
- Knowledge of all aspects of conversion enhancement, including copywriting, UX, and web analytics.
- A strong technical foundation or background in omnichannel marketing.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in stakeholder management, storytelling, and gaining alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders.

The expected pay range is $76,842 - $90,000 + Annual Bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
