Job Summary:
The Hospitality Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and driving go-to-market campaign strategy and optimizations, working cross-functionally with partners (internal and external) to drive business results across the Vail Resorts lodging portfolio. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative, skilled in analytical investigation, business storytelling, and marketing campaign management. This candidate has experience in Product and Brand Marketing and has been in previous roles where they were accountable for creating and driving marketing strategies, as well as supporting business revenue goals.
This individual should have a proven track record demonstrating drive, ambition, business acumen, learning agility, and emotional intelligence. They are solution oriented, think imaginatively and creatively, and have demonstrated skill and comfort leading through influence. The position requires the ability to use data and insights in order to provide measurable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner to cross-functional business partners and stakeholders.
This person will deliver data and insights to lead and inform the strategy, creation and execution of seasonal go-to-market (GTM) campaign calendars. The Manager will serve as a leader within the Hospitality Marketing team, and support the growth and development of two senior specialist team members. The ideal candidate will have exposure to different types of projects and be responsible for delivering high-quality results on time in a very agile and fast-paced environment.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment where employees living within 50 miles of the Broomfield office work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays. Employees living outside of a commutable distance can work remotely from British Columbia, Washington D.C., and the 16 U.S. states* in which we currently operate. This includes: California, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
