Job Summary

The Field Marketing Senior Specialist for Hunter Mountain Resort is responsible for bringing to life the resort brand strategy developed by the centralized brand marketing team, to enhance the guest experience. This is achieved through carefully curated events and activations, partner integrations, in-resort communication and signage, guest-facing promotional material, creative production, go-to-market support, and website ownership. This role serves as the on-the-ground marketing representative, working cross-functionally to execute high-impact initiatives with precision, creativity, and operational excellence.

 

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and community organizations.

 

This is a 12-month salaried position and this position is based in-resort, at Hunter Mountain Resort, regular weekend and Holiday work required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Website & Digital Content Management – Lead website updates to reflect operational & seasonal changes, guest experiences, and events, ensuring accurate and engaging on brand content.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Lead the ideation and execution of events that elevate the guest experience & support the yearly brand marketing strategy. This includes overseeing execution including staffing, contracts, signage, partnerships, and in-resort coordination.
  • Partner Integration: Collaborate with the Strategic Alliance team to deliver impactful sponsor activations, on-mountain events, and in-resort partnerships.
  • In-Resort Messaging & Signage: Ensure brand consistency and clear communication across all guest touchpoints, including in-resort signage, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Community Engagement: Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with local organizations, resort leadership, and community partners to strengthen the resort’s presence.

 

Job Requirements

  • Four-year college degree with an emphasis in marketing, business, and/or communications preferred
  • 1-3 years of marketing, event, sales, or other related experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • High degree of organization, attention to detail, passion for brand marketing and event experiences
  • Field Marketing, Brand Marketing Specialist, and Experiential Production experience preferred

 

The expected pay range is $60,406 - $73,834.78. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
