Job Summary:
The Vail Resorts Finance Team is committed to Building Leaders and Driving Value. As a public company with a market capitalization of approximately $7 billion, the team engages closely with the investment community on the underlying business model dynamics and the strategic growth drivers.
The Vice President of Investor Relations will lead the investor relations engagement strategy to build relationships, engage new prospective investors and ensure the Company strategy and financial position is well understood within the investment community. This role acts as the primary liaison between the company, its shareholders, investors, and the broader financial community. This position focuses on developing and communicating a clear understanding of the company’s financial performance, strategic vision, and value proposition, ensuring transparency and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key leadership role with the Finance Senior Leadership Team and the Executive Team. This role will serve as trusted advisor to the CFO and be responsible for shaping and communicating the Company's business model and long-term growth strategies to drive shareholder value.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $210,000 - $260,000 + annual bonus + equity. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
