The Supply Chain Sustainability Sr Analyst reports to the Senior Manager Supply Chain Sustainability and plays a critical role in driving both strategic and tactical procurement initiatives across multiple Vail Resorts business functions.
This individual will lead the development and execution of procurement processes and strategies, partnering closely with business stakeholders to enable supply chain operations for employee uniforms. Key responsibilities include demand planning, forecasting, inventory analytics, responsible product disposition, and supplier performance management. In addition, the role will oversee the energy category, collaborating with third-party partners on energy contracting, market insights, data and reporting, and identifying sustainability opportunities. This individual will also support supply chain risk management and lead programmatic initiatives related to the supply chain sustainability program.
This individual will manage strategic initiatives with high visibility, leveraging strong cross-functional collaboration and implementation of best-in-class supply chain activities. The expected Total Compensation for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
