Job Summary:

The Supervisor of TA Shared Services will oversee the day-to-day operations of a highly scalable, centralized shared services recruiting operations team. The Supervisor will evaluate and manage daily team performance including productivity and quality, using data and metrics.    This role will be responsible for standardizing, optimizing & managing processes as related to scheduling, interviewing, and hiring candidates to allow for efficient and scalable delivery of core recruiting services.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Select, onboard, train, and mentor a team of seasonal screeners as it scales up and down in response to business requirements.
  • Develop screener recruiting techniques including assessment of candidate talent, job fit, interviewing techniques, value proposition alignment with candidate needs resulting in high acceptance rates.
  • Oversee multiple service level-driven recruiting processes, and associated documentation, that support hiring against standard, custom and prioritized job requisitions.
  • Manage multiple tools such as applicant tracking system workflow, scheduling software, knowledge management database and reporting platforms.
  • Foster a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of quick, repeatable and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize resource utilization in response to business needs.
  • Report and analyze operational metrics inclusive of ensuring all service level agreements are upheld within regional teams.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, recruiting or HR with demonstrated ability to achieve high performance
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role

 

The budgeted range starts at $60,000 - $73,450.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
