Job Summary:

Based remotely or at the Broomfield, CO headquarters, the Sr. Analyst – International Programs & Global Mobility will play a key role in the day‑to‑day operations of the international recruiting programs as a part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TACOE) while supporting the company’s broader global mobility strategy. This role will be responsible for building, refining, and executing international hiring and global mobility programs—including but not limited to J‑1, H‑2B, L‑1, O‑1, Canadian visa programs, and other global pathways. The Sr. Analyst will help design and manage program frameworks, workflows, and operational processes to ensure seamless, compliant, and high‑quality experience for international candidates and employees.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $79,531.16 - $103,535.40 + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:

International and global mobility:

  • Own end-to-end execution of the International Talent Strategy, managing day-to-day delivery across workforce planning, sourcing, selection, mobility, and onboarding to ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate and employee experience.
  • Manage global mobility program execution (e.g., H2B, J1, Canadian LMIA, Working Holiday, O1), ensuring compliance with regulations, adherence to company policies, and a positive employee experience.
  • Ensure effective, compliant execution of the international employee experience, from offer through onboarding and assignment completion, driving consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, improve hiring outcomes, and strengthen the overall candidate and employee experience.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics related to international recruiting and mobility programs, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with international sponsors and partners, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and adherence to program requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.

Overall TA strategic partnership:

  • Drive operational excellence in TA program management, ensuring consistent processes, timelines, and quality across international hiring programs; proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders (HR COEs, Legal, Finance, Operations, and external partners) to ensure alignment, clear accountability, and successful execution of international recruiting processes and the end-to-end employee experience.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and operational leadership to track hiring trends, workforce dynamics, and business demand signals—proactively anticipating talent needs and shaping forward-looking recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with resort and functional leaders to translate workforce insights into actionable recruiting plans and targeted sourcing solutions.
  • Coordinate and align efforts across HR COEs (TA, HR Ops, Total Rewards, Talent Management) to deliver a smooth, compliant, and consistent international employee lifecycle.

 

Job Requirements:

Required

  • Associate or bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of related professional work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of international hiring experience and/or global mobility program execution within a complex organization
  • Willing and able to travel internationally on recruiting trips as needed
  • Current valid US Passport (or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of starting in role)
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong Computer Literacy
  • Exceptional Communication, Customer Service, Collaboration and Relationship Building Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred

  • 3 years of Project Coordinator Experience
  • 3 years of previous Recruiting Experience

 

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $79,531.16 - $103,535.40 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment where employees living within 50 miles of the Broomfield office work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.  Employees living outside of a commutable distance can work remotely from British Columbia, Washington D.C., and the 16 U.S. states* in which we currently operate.
