The Learning and Development Specialist will deliver leadership development virtual training that aligns with enterprise-wide Talent strategy and goals.  This role will deliver scalable learning programs and curriculum. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the development and continued maintenance of enterprise-wide curriculum. 

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for the continued maintenance and development of enterprise training curriculum to consistently improve and evolve our programs as we grow and scale the business
  • Ensure all training modules are developed and delivered in accordance with agreed training Best Practice guidelines
  • Designs and develops new virtual training, instructor-led training and job aides
  • Responsible for the administration required to ensure programs run successfully.  This includes LMS administration, program marketing, facility and materials administration
  • Develop metrics and monitor impact of L&D activities to ensure effectiveness of delivery to the business and return on investment of all training

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, OD or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Educational Development training certifications, or relevant HR, L&D or OD certifications are also a plus
  • 2-4 years prior talent development/leadership development training experience, preferably for a medium-large company.

The budgeted range starts at $60,000 - $70,000.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
