Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist is responsible for executing marketing deliverables, ensuring Epic Pass creative standards are adhered to, and managing the timely and accurate delivery for Go-To-Market. This includes, but is not limited to; video, digital display, paid and organic social, website updates. This role is also responsible for supporting key internal partners and working collaboratively with the pass product team, the creative production team, as well as channel team partners and third-party vendors. This position will report to the Brand Manager, and support the Epic Pass brand team in all facets of the Epic Pass brand and strategy.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

CREATIVE EXECUTION

  • Support creation of campaigns, style guides, and various other executions of the brand, represented across all mediums in the Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Lead and project manage development of creative assets from briefing to approval, ensuring appropriate collaboration and sign-off across teams.
  • Write creative briefs to inspire best-in-class marketing communications.
  • Ensure Epic Pass brand guidelines are adhered to.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate trafficking of creative assets.
  • Partner on social media content and digital updates.
  • Ensure brand message accuracy and consistency across all channels (paid media, social, organic, website, ect.)

 

OPTIMIZATION

  • Co-ownership of updates to EpicPass.com and applicable resort Season Pass web page content for Go-To-Market, deadlines and enhancements.
  • Responsible for updating media matrices for native ads and social content with necessary messaging changes per business goals.
  • Review live creative and recommend brand optimizations for future campaigns.
  • Contribute to brand evolution and growth strategies

 

ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Proof all creative assets for spelling, grammar and brand guideline adherence.
  • Stay up to date with latest marketing trends, brand stimulus and best practices.
  • Management of brand budget spend.
  • Vital brand team support for ad-hoc project needs and requests, as required.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in advertising or marketing.
  • Experience managing and tracking multiple projects with ability to take lead on projects, problem solve and time manage.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working under tight timelines and ability to communicate updates and changes effectively.
  • Experience working directly with, and providing direction to, creatives (account managers, designers, etc).
  • Proven track record for problem solving, showcasing success using different skill sets.
  • Shows initiative and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Technology advocate, highly proficient in MS Office applications, and working knowledge of CMS.

The budgeted range starts at $45,000 - $55,250.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
