We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our exciting, growing Business Intelligence Technology group. This role will be responsible for managing projects of varying complexity for our Enterprise Data Warehouse which supports various business units including Marketing Analytics, Relationship Management, Hospitality and Finance. This role will also act as support for the Senior Manager of BI portfolio helping provide oversight over the BI project portfolio.



  • Responsible for day-to-day project management activities in an agile environment including: capital project initiating, risk/issue resolution; project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, scope management and communication.
  • Partner with the BA/QA, Development and Data Governance teams to plan for appropriate implementation, testing, training, and transition plans to ensure seamless data integrations.
  • Partner with all stakeholders to ensure scope is defined, requirements are delivered and approved. Stakeholders include Relationship Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Infrastructure, InfoSecurity, Finance, Revenue Management, Hospitality IT, Human Resources, Legal.
  • Partner with BI Portfolio Manager to improve project management processes, review new requests, preform assessments for new work, and remain out front of resource needs.
  • Provide oversight to contract Project Managers and guidance on project status communication and risk escalation.
  • Play a Scrum Master role on our Agile projects and lead the team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, story pointing, demos and retros.
  • Other duties as assigned by and agreed upon by PMO and Stakeholder Partners



  • 4+ years of relevant experience to include management of critical, cross-functional projects / programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint is
  • Proficient in project management tools such as SmartSheets, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
  • Experience managing vendors is preferred
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies is required; Scrum Master Certification preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required


The budgeted range starts at $80,000 - $115,400 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
