Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and driven leader to become an important part of our fast-paced, high-energy, and innovative culture. The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Enablement Development plays a key leadership role in the maintenance and evolution of our Data Driven journey. The Senior Manager will work with a team of developers, principle architects, and specialists to provide leadership and direction in the maintenance and evolution of our Enterprise Data Warehouse and Cloud based technologies.


This position will partner with and support many lines of business across a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, working closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure the on-time and quality delivery of complex programs. We are looking for an articulate leader that is highly collaborative, driven, and detail oriented. This leader will come with a proven track record of enterprise Business Intelligence and Data Enablement expertise.


A successful candidate will excel in the following areas: Leadership and development of BI developers and technology professionals, building and managing stakeholder partnerships, Business Intelligence and cloud platforms, data warehousing and data sourcing architecture, data pipeline architecture, data quality management, data governance, and KPIs. Previous experience managing people who are designing, building, operating and maintaining a large BI and Analytics platform is required. This position reports to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Data Enablement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a high performing team by increasing the high-potential employee mix, ensuring solid succession planning, and maintaining long-term organizational strategic designs.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholder groups (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure, Marketing, Hospitality, etc...) to consistently improve our data, data architecture, and the products that rely on.
  • Collaborating with our business and technology partners to educate our business and advance our data driven road map and associated investments
  • Coordinate with program management leadership to assess and prioritize strategic initiatives and timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Act as the escalation point for business and staff issues with regards to technical delivery.
  • Translating business needs into data projects and data projects into business implications
  • Partnering with business and technology leadership to execute on the following initiatives:
  • Migration from traditional batch based on-premise to cloud based rapid data deployment
  • Identify improvement areas across people, process and technology
  • Research and implementation of new data-enabled strategies and capabilities
  • Implement a robust and agile information architecture

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, data science, IS, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years working with and supporting business and/or technology users in the area of business intelligence , cloud-based data platforms, and data warehousing
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience with cloud-based data platforms and managed services, data lakes, data Warehousing, analytics tools, data visualization, and machine learning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data structures, master data management, information systems/tools, related software and data management, and practices in a complex organizational environment.
  • Comfortable working in highly collaborative environments; must be able to learn new and emerging concepts quickly.
  • Experience in an Agile based delivery environment
  • Ability to drive complex estimation and assessment work with a high degree of repeatability and accuracy



The budgeted range starts at $112,00 - $140,250 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
