Our Corporate Accounting team is hiring a new leader to become Senior Manager of Shared Services Accounting, Lodging.  This role reports to the Director of Shared Services Accounting and is based in the Company’s Broomfield, Colorado headquarters. This position has a high degree of accountability and ownership for ensuring the property management system (PMS) interfaces accurately with the General Ledger ERP and supporting the transactional excellence of lodge accounting. This role will also be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations & flux analysis, supporting the PMS and billing sub-module month end close, working closely with Finance and Lodge Operations partners on compliance and analysis, and will be a functional lead on acquisition integration projects, system enhancement projects, or special projects as requested. This leadership role partners with IT, field operations, financial analysts, and 3rd party vendors to provide a seamless guest experience with transactional excellence.



  • Responsible for month-end close of Billing sub-module and Lodging PMS.
  • Driver of continuous process improvement efforts to enhance scalability of processes within lodge accounting.
  • Prepare and review monthly reconciliations and journal entries, as well as, provide fluctuation analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with key controls, ensure timely completion of tasks, identify and mitigate risk in processes.
  • Publish KPI metrics and detailed analytics to provide compliance and performance insight.
  • Provide subject matter expert guidance and functional leadership for integration of mergers & acquisitions, implementation & enhancements of systems and ad-hoc projects.
  • Provide leadership to lodge audit and billing teams within Lodging SSO organization.
  • Focus on ongoing process improvement, making recommendations and leading initiatives to improve efficiency across accounting/finance organization.
  • Active leader in driving results to meet individual, team, and department objectives.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 7 + years progress accounting experience
  • 3 + years leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Ability to quickly become Subject Matter Expert with IT systems
  • Superb attention to detail balanced by ability to focus on the "big picture" 
  • Commitment to develop leadership skills in others by coaching, mentoring, and reinforcing best practices
  • Self-starter with a drive for excellence and a proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
