Job Summary 

Based remotely or at our company's Broomfield, CO headquarters, as a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs and Strategy team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of domestic candidate lifecycle programs for Vail Resorts. This individual will build strategies for TA related obstacles or needs throughout the candidate lifecycle and work cross-functionally to design and ultimately execute. The Senior TA Program Manager will partner with stakeholders throughout the business in support of the all talent segments, including but not limited to seasonal, year-round; full-time and part-time positions. 

  

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify TA-related obstacles or needs within all North American resorts, build strategy and develop programs to overcome candidate lifecycle obstacles or needs 

  • Refine and reimage existing TA programs 

  • Lead and inspire team of TA professionals who will support in refining existing or developing new programs 

  • Build strong working relationships throughout Vail Resorts 

  • Partner cross functionally when building strategy of new programs or refining existing 

  • Gain deep understanding of Vail Resorts internal and external TA pipelines and Vail Resorts candidate lifecycle 

  • Benchmark, measure and report on success of newly created or existing programs 

  • Other duties as assigned 

  

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ years of HR Project or Program Management required 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or additional relevant experience required 

  • Demonstrated learning agility and an affinity for dynamic, changing environments 

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to engage with, influence and build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders 

  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment 

  • Can navigate and lead through an ambiguous working climate 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and an aptitude for systems required 

  • Proven ability to identify business problems and solutions while telling stories through data analysis 

  • Previous supervisory experience is considered an asset  

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented  

 

The budgeted range starts at $100,000 - $125,500 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
