The Sr Coordinator of Employee Experience will support the optimization and improvement of the employee experience. This position will support the Employee Experience (EEX) function with reporting, budgeting and purchasing. The role will also manage several internal process tied to recognition and survey data. In addition, this role will manage EEX cases across our enterprise through service now and drive management of the epic employee digital platform


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect data that informs aspects of the EEX strategic initiatives and integrated HR business plan
  • Assist with planning and execution of local years of service event
  • Support communications through epic employee and ensure alignment with employee communications
  • Enterprise wide assistance with EEX case management
  • Manage nomination process for Epic Service and support enterprise-wide Epic Service Programming
  • Execute enterprise reporting for feedback survey
  • Present data and insights to EEX Leadership team to inform strategic initiatives
  • Support purchasing through COUPA for enterprise (internal purchasing program)
  • Assistance with Budget management and reporting to EEX Leadership team
  • Assistance with project management deliverable tracking and reporting
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • GED or high school diploma.
  • 1+ year experience in HR or data analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and VR people systems.


The budgeted range starts at $18.00 - $22.00.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
