Job Summary:

Vail Resorts’ F&B business comprises hundreds of dining venues ranging from quick-service casual, to bars, to full service and fine-dining across our mountain resorts. As a senior leader of the Vail Resort’s F&B Center of Expertise (COE), the Senior Director Operations will develop and lead the F&B guest- and employee- service strategies, and drive a breadth of complex operations to elevate and continuously improve the entire F&B line of business. The Senior Director will leverage data insights and program management prowess to ensure executional excellence. This leader will oversee a team that provides critical support to mountain resort F&B operations ensuring our teams have the knowledge and tools to deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences. Leveraging the inherently inclusive nature of our company, the Senior Director will be responsible to build practices, tools, and culture that welcomes employees to the Company and sport, and grows leaders. The ideal candidate will have a senior level of experience demonstrating revenue and profit business acumen, change management/transformation, operations management, and a passion for team leadership and collaboration across multiple departments.

The budgeted range starts at $125,500 - $156,900 + annual bonus + equity. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
