The Group Sales Operations Admin Manager support both the Lead Catch Team as well as the Administrative Team to ensure all administrative expectations are achieved on a daily basis. The successful candidate has a high work ethic as well as motivation to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.  The successful candidate can lead with empathy for both the admin team, lead catch team and greater sales organization.  They must be flexible and able to pivot on the direction.   They are able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, handle increased pressure and act with dignity and integrity. They have the ability to think critically and to prioritize tasks effectively as a team player.



  • Oversee a productive team of admins and lead catchers while developing talent
  • Provide superior service to internal and external guests at all times
  • Provide support to all sales systems including but not limited to Delphi FDC, RPOS, Peoplesoft, Sendsites and Social Tables
  • Maintains organization of files, folders and resources for the entire sales organization
  • Management of Sales Enterprise budget & micropool
  • Management and creation of resources for lead catch team in ever-changing conditions
  • Ability to think critically in establishing and maintaining SOPS
  • The analytical and inquisitive mindset to ask why when something doesn’t look right
  • Quality Assurance and Data integrity
  • Strong prioritization skills/ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects at once while saying “no” to lower priority items.
  • Oversee the centralized project support for the enterprise-wide group sales organizations.
  • Provide regular and as-needed training and support for the sales enterprise
  • Daily support of administrative duties including but not limited to turnovers, docusigns, RPOS numbers, comp tickets & rooms and taking deposits for groups
  • Produce resort-wide department communication which may include: updates, memos, site alerts, group sales outlook, booking & distributing internal events
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of conference service operations and sales processes including attending educational workshops and training courses if needed
  • Actively participates in Weekly meetings
  • Support the Sales Enterprise with other projects and duties assigned




  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS;
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Spelling & grammar accuracy
  • Organizational and administrative skills.
  • Positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Confidentiality and good judgment
  • Creative, big picture and innovative thinking
  • Accurate, good attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner and presentation
  • Experience with Vail Resorts business systems including Success Factors, Peoplesoft, RPOS and IT Support Centre
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Ability to fit into a team and perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check

  • Highly organized with strong time management instincts.
  • College degree preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Delphi/Salesforce system preferred.
  • Previous office/administrative experience preferred


The budgeted range starts at $61,500 - $81,150 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
