  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time / Remote
  • The budgeted range starts at $60,121 - $88,950 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.


Job Summary:

The SEO Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is driving our guest experience and ecommerce initiatives across our many resort websites. The SEO Manager will be responsible for leading online strategy for search engine optimization, working closely with website content experts and the paid search team. An ideal fit for this role would be a data-driven, guest-centric marketer who is passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform keyword research and competitive research to develop recommendations for content execution.
  • Track page and campaign performance using 3rd party search tools and analytics
  • Drive Technical SEO Audits and site crawls to develop technical website improvement recommendations.
  • Develop strategic plan for organic search strategy in collaboration with paid search team to create a cohesive approach to keyword targeting.
  • Maintain editorial calendars in collaboration with website content specialists, PR/Communications, and other stakeholders.
  • Create and execute backlink strategies to support our resort and core corporate initiative websites.
  • Lead strategic consultation with line-of-business teams and other channel teams to reinforce best practices around SEO content development.
  • Test, document, and share best practices with website editors and stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of SEO experience either at an agency or in-house marketing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems).
  • Experience working with analytics dashboard creation, like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience working with content management systems, like Sitecore, Wordpress, Drupal, Umbraco, etc.
  • Understanding of website standards, usability, ADA accessibility, site design, and ecommerce.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to develop and deliver key presentations to upper management.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, with experience creating order from disorder.
  • Enjoys solving problems and finding process efficiencies in an innovative, creative and dynamic environment.


  • Experience with complex go-to-market processes.
  • Experience analyzing website behavioral data and developing campaign or page performance reports.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, or equivalent coursework/experience.


The budgeted range starts at $60,121 - $88,950 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
