Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations Sr. Manager, Project Management is the primary project management (PM) stakeholder across the Marketing organization. They will support PM tool ownership, best practices, integrations, implementations and training.

This role will also support Project Management with the Omnichannel Marketing teams including Relationship Marketing, Paid Media, Audience Management, and Omnichannel Operations, and others.

The Sr. Manager, Project Management reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the project management tool(s) across the Marketing organization, in conjunction with IT and Marketing Technology teams
  • Develop and implement project management best practices including documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training
  • Lead and support project management tool integrations, as needed
  • Lead and support project management tool onboarding and training alongside external partners and vendors
  • Work with Omnichannel team, other MSC teams and respective stakeholders to scope, track, review, and deliver work
  • Manage and document project statuses, escalate risks, and coordinate milestones and plans with partner teams
  • Manage and support meeting ceremonies to include objectives, agendas, organizing meeting time and meeting notes, and ensuring teams stay on track to meet stated objectives
  • Identify gaps, potential risks and propose options to overcome issues and roadblocks
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and the greater Marketing and Go-To-Market program via partnership with the Sr. Manager, GTM Program
  • Serves as the mentor and/or partner to other project and program management roles across the Marketing organization, setting best practices for managing projects and processes
  • Consult other Marketing stakeholders to align processes and support partnership opportunities; responsible for driving process solutions between teams
  • Make recommendations regarding program needs, appropriate solutions to maintain optimal workflow, and leveraging our tools to their maximum potential


Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree, military service or commensurate experience preferred: marketing, business, project management, or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in project and/or program management
  • Demonstrated success and experience implementing, managing, supporting, integrating and training use of Project Management tools
  • Extensive experience managing marketing-focused projects and/or programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with technology and software change management
  • Expertise and experience with Jira and/or Atlassian PM tools
  • Demonstrated success with agile project management methodologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, naturally curious, detail-oriented and diligent
  • Driven to achieve and to grow excellence in the team


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Project management experience with a portfolio/network of brands
  • B2C Marketing domain knowledge and expertise
  • Experience working on a Portfolio of Brands


The budgeted range starts at $90,000 - $113,00 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
