Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Paid Media Operations, the Manager will facilitate, operationalize, and execute Programmatic, Social, and Search Operations that drive results through personalized creative and messaging. The Manager will work closely with our Paid Media, Marketing Operations, Creative Services, and External Ad Tech teams to bring to life our creative and personalization strategies through technical operations, QA, and delivery validation and to share insights from reporting.

  • Starting Wage: $95,630.58 - $105,000 + Annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct day-to-day oversight of campaign prioritization and lead the execution of tasks including ad mapping, data feed integration, and decision tree configuration required to launch Dynamic Creative, Programmatic campaigns.
  • Work as a mentor, supporting Sr. Specialist with campaign launches, identifying the root causes of issues, outlining paths to resolution, and completing QA.
  • Support Sr. Manager with strategic priorities and objectives with regards to operational best practices and bringing strategic initiatives and test experiments to life.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for Sr. Specialist, working through troubleshooting and execution of more complex requests impacting Go-To-Market execution.
  • Lead site tagging and pixel strategy projects, ensuring accurate, compliant measurement and implementation across platforms, channels, and conversion use cases.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Digital Experience and Marketing Analytics and Experimentation teams to define requirements and scale reliable measurement solutions.
  • Establish tagging standards, documentation, and monitoring processes to maintain data quality and support ongoing media optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce or improve processes to enable a more efficient and error free Go-To-Market execution, ensuring executional excellence.
  • Ownership of capabilities, investigation and development of project plans for piloting emerging technology and trends, ad functionality.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships to establish clear lines of communication with external vendors supporting Paid Media campaign launches.
  • Perform QA prior to launch of campaigns, including giving feedback and guidance where needed when items are not correct.
  • Consistent monitoring and reporting of campaign performance while live in- market, providing updates to the Paid Media Strategy and Marketing Operations teams in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins on Ad Serving and Dynamic Creative Optimization to minimize gaps in delivery. Investigate issues and gaps identified in reporting.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 Years experience of digital, ad tech, advertising and/or relevant experience with a technical focus
  • Hands-on ad operations experience and experience managing paid media campaigns (e.g., dynamic creative and programmatic) and ad management technologies (e.g., CDP, DSP, Ad Servers, etc.) Experience with Innovid/Flashtalking, Smartly, and/or The Trade Desk preferred.
  • Strong understanding of site tagging, pixels, and conversion tracking frameworks across major paid media platforms, including hands‑on experience diagnosing data quality and attribution issues.
  • Working expertise in tag management, data layers, and privacy‑aware measurement, with the ability to translate technical tracking concepts for cross‑functional partners.
  • Strong quantitative orientation with extensive experience in Excel and Google spreadsheets; comfort with pivot tables, vlookups and other analytical functions
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional and relationship management skills with ability to work in environments of various process maturities, while keeping business priorities top of mind
  • Familiar with campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, etc.; prior experience in reporting and performance management a plus
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting, logical deduction, and problem-solving skills; ability to use the results of investigation and analysis to make effective decisions
  • Quick, adaptive learner with ability to develop expertise in ad server and dynamic creative technologies
  • Ability to clearly convey technical and complex information though written communication to less technical audiences
  • Work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and a professional demeano

 

The expected pay range is $95,630.58 - $105,000 + Annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
