The centralized Destination Marketing team exists at Vail Resorts to drive early commitment from Destination guests. As the Integrated Marketing Senior Manager you will be responsible for building multi-channel marketing plans, with an integrated marketing communication plan by segment, to drive visitation.

 

Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing

  • Advise and develop strategy, budget and execution of Destination integrated campaigns through all marketing channels
  • Assist in identifying optimal engagement strategy to reach guests when and where they are most receptive

  • Oversee execution across guest segments to ensure an integrated and holistic approach
  • Collaborate with the Director of Destination Marketing to align on seasonal marketing messages and creative approach
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with Creative team to brief, review and refine creative work in line with strategic objectives
  • Oversee rigorous creative testing and asset optimization to maximize media spend

 

Marketing Strategy

  • Own and drive all Destination strategic marketing goals through management of stakeholders across organization
  • Document strategy, initiatives, and performance of Destination business
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote Destination guest visits
  • Report out on monthly business performance and marketing actions

 

Guest Insights

  • Partner with Analytics and Guest Insights team to surface key guest insights that promote growth and continually evaluate campaign performance
  • Leverage data, trends and support from Analytics and Guest Insights to help build a robust and actionable learning plan to address knowledge gaps in guest, brand, product, business and marketplace learnings

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or applicable experience
  • 5+ years of integrated marketing experience
  • 3+ years leading and managing direct reports.
  • Experience leveraging 1st party data to drive integrated marketing strategies
  • Experience leveraging Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)
  • MS Office, Strong EXCEL & PPT Skills
