Summary of Job:

The Group Manager of Infrastructure Field Services will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, strategy, and team development for Enterprise Infrastructure Field Services. The role is responsible for executing the vision of how the team delivers IT (Information Technology) services to the organization, ensuring technological stability and Information Security. As a leader of the Infrastructure Field organization, you must gain a deep understanding of how the business organization works, what the drivers for success and key challenges are. The individual must translate this understanding into a clear roadmap to manage and balance transactional operations, day-to-day relationships, and strategic demands. This talented individual will work cross-functionally to drive innovation, develop processes, procedures and data driven metrics to ensure effective support and analysis for our technology ecosystems. The successful candidate will have a solid technical background, strong project management and financial acumen, demonstrated ability to drive change through a broad information technology organization and have experience leading technology with a guest centric mindset.


This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure - Field Services delivering on the company’s technology roadmap in partnership with peer IT leaders including InfoSec and Application Development, as well as Resort Operations Sr Leadership.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction on all aspects of IT infrastructure in the field including architecture, service delivery standards and processes for the enterprise
  • Develop goals and standards for Field Technology IT Service Delivery in cooperation with other IT departments and key stakeholders
  • Work with business units and application teams to understand service requirements and expectations
  • Focus on IT process improvement, with a pursuit of automation, employee self-service and pro-active communication to a diverse stakeholder group
  • Stakeholder Management across LOB’s, IT Teams, and vendors
  • Develop and gain buy-in with key stakeholders on multi-year roadmaps
  • Establish and support change management process in conjunction with application and infrastructure teams
  • Program management oversight of the group’s initiatives ensuring projects are completed to budget, timelines, quality standards; communicate risks and progress to business stakeholders.
  • Departmental Budget management and oversight
  • Proactively manage all Information Security, Compliance and Data Privacy obligations
  • Achieve all Information Security goals as committed to the Audit Committee
  • Establish security processes within the infrastructure teams in support of the company’s security practices
  • Developing tools, dashboards, and data driven reporting of application, infrastructure and/or support center services
  • Develop capacity-planning tools and processes
  • Understanding of Modern IT Service Delivery tools and strategies (Endpoint management, Identify and Access Management, Asset Management)

  •  Drive: Develop and drive the ownership and accountability across the Infrastructure team in support of business objectives and supporting IT initiatives with a Business Leaders First mindset.
    • Able to facilitate multi-disciplinary strategic discussions with senior business and technology leaders combined with strong, clear, and concise communications skills
    • Provide leadership and alignment to the Infrastructure, Application teams and LOB’s to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives across the enterprise eco-system.
    • Provide project/program facilitation and oversight; facilitate agreement on objectives and success measures, provide overall project/program issue resolution and roadblock removal.
    • Partner with Information Security, IT application teams, Business Leadership in execution of roadmaps that aligns with our Business Strategy.
  • Connect: Inspire trust and build strong, authentic, productive relationships within the organization and with key stakeholders. Effectively engage and collaborate with leadership across the organization to develop, define and build on innovative ideas and business priorities.

    • Engage broadly and deeply across the organization to quickly connect information and people to drive enterprise projects, programs, and initiatives.
    • Partner with stakeholders to understand their drivers and needs and use that knowledge and those relationships to drive effective prioritization and roadmaps for delivery.

Job Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience, and relevant work experience, including proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly.
  • Solution oriented with desire to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrated experience building collaborative partnerships at every level of IT and business.
  • Able to demonstrate a people-first mentality when leading the team, tapping into employees' passions, and helping to shape their development within the company.
  • Understanding of running production systems and end user support in a Guest Centric organization.
  • Experience delivering Field/Edge technology services in alignment with Enterprise IT Service Delivery.
  • Experience implementing established information security standards.
  • Mature business financial acumen regarding operating and capital budgeting models.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise and Operational technologies (Networking, Server Management, End Point Management, Wireless Access, Telecom, Cellular Access, POS (Point of Sale), Mobile Device Management, including handheld scanners)
  • Strong vendor and contract management leadership.
  • Experience with Administration of Active Directory, Identity Management Systems, and Role-Based Access Control is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based service delivery models.


The budgeted range starts at $100,000 - $125,450 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
