Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Senior Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is driving our guest experience and ecommerce initiatives across our many resort websites. An ideal fit for this role would be a data-driven, guest-centric marketer who is passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience.

The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for leading online strategy for the resort experience, driving guest engagement and visitation through the website and mobile app.  The Senior Manager will lead a team of subject matter experts in our website content management system and our mobile application management system.  This team manages online content strategy and ecommerce product enablement, collaborating with the line-of-business teams, SEO partners, and other business stakeholders to drive ecommerce sales.  The team is also responsible for supporting hospitality sale initiatives.

The job will require exceptional leadership skills, agility, and a strategic approach to finding solutions that drive the business. Critical to its success will be someone who can partner with internal stakeholders, external partners, and a variety of cross-functional teams.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive digital experience strategies related to serving our portfolio of brands, particularly in supporting key site design, content curation, compiling performance data, managing trends, and building promotional content and calendars.
  • Drive, plan and coordinate branded content updates and site enhancement efforts, ensuring message and content reaches key target audiences.
  • Optimize storytelling and site presentation, bringing the brands and products to life with a guest-centric approach.
  • Drive marketing strategies for the mobile application (EpicMix) to drive downloads and guest usage.  Collaborate with brand team for marketing collateral development and the product team for new app feature planning.
  • Collaborate with SEO team and stakeholders to develop content plan that boosts search equity and highlights the guest experience.
  • Drive website personalization to enable compelling, tailored digital experiences for our guests.
  • Drive strategic and tactical plans based on website analytics, guest experience feedback, and data insights.
  • Develop the best practice recommendations for digital content and socialize optimization recommendations for each phase of the GTM plan.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders from product and channel teams for campaign needs and delivery of content.
  • Work closely with our web development team in reporting bugs, testing new functionality and developing new web features as well as maintaining all aspects of web usability, content, and design.
  • Record and evolve SOPs to ensure the most efficient training for GTM flights.

 

 

Job Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing operations, e-commerce, email, or other online marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems).
  • Experience working with content management systems, like Sitecore, Wordpress, Drupal, Umbraco, etc.
  • Understanding of website standards, SEO best practices, usability, ADA accessibility, site design, and ecommerce.
  • Experience writing creative briefs and working with brand partners to execute signage or advertisements.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to develop and deliver key presentations to upper management.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, with experience creating order from disorder.
  • Enjoys solving problems and finding process efficiencies in an innovative, creative and dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in SEO standards and best practices.
  • Experience with complex go-to-market processes.
  • Experience analyzing website behavioral data and developing campaign or page performance reports.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, or equivalent coursework/experience.

 

The budgeted range starts at $90,000 - $113,000 + annual bonus.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
