Job Summary
The Digital Asset Manager, Product Owner will be responsible for working within the Company's Digital Asset Management ecosystem, Adobe Experience Manager and Brand Portal. This role will serve as the administrator for the Digital Asset Management platform, including partnering with key stakeholders of the business to lead the DAM roadmap and be responsible for integrations, migrations, best practices, workflows and governance. They will be trained on the systems in place and work closely with the Sr. Specialist, Digital Asset User Management to support the upload of content capture, go-to-market assets, and contracts by resort teams across the world.

    Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with Legal team on policies related to image rights, licensing, and usage. 
  • Partners with IT to maintain a prioritized list of system issues and/or needs. 
  • Use data analytics to track performance to goals and benchmarks. Find opportunities for development.  
  • Define project scopes and craft business requirements with input from relevant stakeholders to affect successful integrations with other systems and applications.  
  • Provide quality control for all metadata schema and standards to assure accuracy and consistency; this includes development/or selection and management of content standards including metadata tools, controlled vocabularies, and other metadata standardization solutions. 
  • Deliver multiple, always concurrent projects: error free, on time or early, meeting or exceeding tagging and metadata expectations

    Job Requirements
  • 4+ years’ experience working with digital asset and/or content management tool, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
  • 4+ years’ experience with experience with the development of asset management systems 
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities with ease
  • Ability to receive feedback and makes changes quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • A solid understanding of skills and processes necessary to support multi-platform initiatives across multiple teams

  • Masters in Information Science or Library & Information Science
  • Experience with complex GTM processes a plus


The budgeted range starts at $55,000 - $67,400.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
