The Benefits Coordinator provides administrative support to the Benefits team. This position will spend significant time responding to employee and HR inquiries, processing various benefit programs and performing other administrative tasks.  In addition, this position will help administer our Lifetime Pass benefit and ACA activities.


Essential Job Responsibiites:

  • Employees who work for the company for 25+ years are eligible for a Lifetime ski/ride pass.  This position will help administer that benefit.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal partners to answer and resolve issues
  • Responsible for data entry in PeopleSoft and perform various system audits
  • Maintain and improve upon the database used for tracking open and closed issues.
  • Participate in cyclical programs including: 
    • Benefit Open enrollment processes
    • Ramp-up & ramp-down process support for Benefits and people connect team for new and returning employees
  • Monitor online enrollment events in PeopleSoft to ensure proper administration.  When issues arise, work quickly and accurately to remedy the situation. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Buisness or related fields 
  • 1-2 Years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Exlorer
  • Ability to Speak english is nexessay
  • Able to successfull multi-task
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Strong oral and written communications


Prefered Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus 
  • Peoplesoft HRMS expereince
